Incubation Records is an indie record label started by GLEAM in January 2025

Our goal of starting this label is to support ourselves with upcoming future releases and building a platform that can hopefully support other bands later on in the future. We are self manged and will handle all distribution, promotion and physical releases by ourselves. As we grow we hope to get more funding and a bigger platform to help other bands and artists grow and help give them a platform.

In the long run we want to expand our network and connections so that as well as a label we can help artists have a chance in the music scene offering fair deals, budgets etc. 

We currently aren't accepting demos at the moment, however feel free to send demo submissions to demos@incubationrecords.co.uk 

However as of just now a response isn't guaranteed as we aren't signing, but we would still love to hear!
